  THE BRACELET WAS BROKE . IT WAS IN A SMALL PLASTIC ZIPLOC BAG. THE BOX WAS VEREY STURDY . I THINK THE BRACELET GOT TANGLED UP IN THE LITTLE PLASTIC ZIPLOC BAG. HE OFFER AN DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT PURCHASE. ( that is not going to happen ) HE INFORMED ME TO USE SMALL PLIERS SO I WOULD FIX IT MTSELF. IAM NOT A JEWELER .THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE BRACELET $ 277.00 THAT INCLUDING SHIPPING AND TAX. I SHOULD N'T HAVE TO FIX IT.
