    They were so kind because it arrived damaged but they gave me partial refund. The communication was really quick and kind. It was packaged well but it was mishandled and the fragile part broke. I really appreciate them being very thoughtful and considerate. They ended up practically not making any money in this exchange but they thought about me the customer first.

    I was reluctant to purchase these lamp cartridges from Ebay but you cannot buy from the manufacturer anymore. So I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The items were packaged well and shipped quickly. The condition was as described and Seller communication was excellent. I saved so much money not having to buy a whole new system because I found the cartridges on Ebay
