    The shipping method was fantastic. The item ended up being delivered quicker than I expected. The packaging for the item was great. It was safely and securely packed up with no visible damage to it at all. The item is as described from both the photo preview and the written description of the original item sales listing. The value of this item is more than fair for the condition and age of it.

    This order went astray despite tracking. When contacted a couple days after the expected shipping, this seller responded promptly and provided a timely refund. I would buy again from this seller.

    I'm writing more about the seller than the Waterpik Flosser. The package arrived on time. I accepted the item in a damaged packing box. Unfortunately the device had sustained some damage and the part that held fluid leaked water. I informed Ladonna and sent a picture and video. After reviewing the evidence, she immediately granted a refund without further questions. I really appreciate her quick and professional response and would work with her again. Dee
