  I ordered these filters and by mistake I sent them to the house as usual forgetting we were on vacation in Mississippi. I sent him a message explaining what I had done and asked him to cancel the Florida order and I’ll reorder to a Mississippi address. I placed another order he cancelled my first order. He made my mistake as painless as possible. He was great to deal with. I recommend this organization. George-

  Fast delivery! Good quality filter! Careful packing! and good prices too! I will buy all kind needed filters for my whole house including refrigerator filter, RO under sink filter set. Big Blue whole house water filters at this seller again. Excellent communication with customers. Taking extra steps to help customers to resolve problems if any.

  The package arrived exactly as described. It turned out that while I purchased the item, the issue with my water filter required a different solution. I had made a mistake in noticing that, despite the description of the item, the quantity I ordered was one.   I ordered 5 micron filters but received 10 micron filters. Notified seller and made an exchange. Seller was good at making exchange but it cost me extra time in getting my filters changed out. Would order from this seller again but would order earlier in case of any delays.

  Thank you. I have ordered from this seller several times before. Very good filters. Each one lasts 6 months for my entire house. Just one thing, they need to package filters better. One got beat up during shipping, still usable, i hope, but maybe some more bubble wrap around the bottoms would help.
