Un segno di particolare attenzione nei confronti dei clienti da parte del venditore giapponese.

The item did not arrive and I messaged the seller (Japan). The seller responded, asking if I still want the watch or a refund. I said the former and was informed the watch would arrive 2nd June. The watch was delivered 25th May. I am wondering if I received the original watch or another was sent, the first being lost in the post? Anyway, got there in the end! I am very pleased with the watch.
