  ***WARNING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS! FLOOD DAMAGE POSSIBLE!!!*** Seller never sent the item. I asked the seller to cancel the transactions, since the item was never sent, and seller refused. Seller stated that the item was in a shipping container that gets flooding and run off from flooding. I told seller that I didn't want flood or mildew damaged items, and asked to cancel. The seller refuses to cancel the order, even though it never shipped. I would not recommend buying anything from this seller.

  Item as advertised, packaged very well and shipped promptly, after "recovery" cleaning inside and out, the deck looks virtually brand new. Excellent price on solid unit. Bravo!!!
