  Bird water feeder arrived by due date. Unfortunately it had been damaged in transit. Contacted seller and they were extremely helpful. A new item was sent almost immediately and it turned up today. A lot more bubble wrap on this one and it is in new condition. Very happy with this transaction and the response from this seller. Well done.

  The disappearing pens arrived quickly in good condition. They are as pictured and I can't wait to use them. I had difficulty working out how to put the ink vial inside the pen but with great email communication with the seller. I was able to follow her directions and successfully put the pen together.
