  Seller sold something I needed urgently but did not have in stock to deliver. The cancelled sale and refunded funds. No explanation. No apology. Not a good way to do business. I had to reorder from another company and still waiting for shipment. Bad deal. Item is still listed on eBay for sale by this seller.

  Seller cancelled the order because the item was "out of stock or damaged". I received a notice of refund before I received the cancellation notice. Refund cleared the next day. Certainly cannot complain about that level of consideration. Top marks for seller!!
