    The first order I placed unfortunately seems to have gotten lost/stuck while shipping. Thankfully, the seller took immediate care of the issue, asking me how I’d like to resolve the situation (money back or sending a replacement) and was very friendly throughout it all.     Amazing Seller! Item arrived in perfect condition, packaged well, and super quick.     The shipper goes above and beyond when packaging the item. They package the item securely and even protect thr paper tag. Shipper is quick and also provides a friendly note for making a purchase from them. Definitely recommened purchasing from this seller.

    Nice seller! I have purchased several times from them and everything is perfect each time! Items securely packaged and even included cute extras! Shipping from Korea was at a reasonable cost and arrived fairly quickly once clearing Customs in the US.

    I ordered a plush Bbokari for my wife, and he is adorable! She was very happy to receive him and said he is the cutest in the world. It’s an original SKZ Zoo, just as described. The seller packed him with care, and he arrived in perfect condition. The seller also included cute gifts, which made the purchase even more pleasant. The package arrived from Seoul to Riga quickly, a week earlier than the stated date. I recommend this seller and plan to make more orders from this store in the future.
