  The first order I placed unfortunately seems to have gotten lost/stuck while shipping. Thankfully, the seller took immediate care of the issue, asking me how I’d like to resolve the situation (money back or sending a replacement) and was very friendly throughout it all.   I ordered a plush Bbokari for my wife, and he is adorable! She was very happy to receive him and said he is the cutest in the world. It’s an original SKZ Zoo, just as described. The seller packed him with care, and he arrived in perfect condition. The seller also included cute gifts, which made the purchase even more pleasant.   I’d ordered Bbokari before and left feedback without photos, but this time I decided to show Bbokari off, and he took charge doing the unboxing for Jiniret! The seller’s 100% reliable—didn’t need to contact them at all. I paid on Sep 20, and they handed it to Korea Post by the 23rd. There was a gap in tracking from Sep 29 to Oct 14, but it wasn’t the seller’s fault. It finally arrived on Oct 15, right on time.   Amazing Seller! Item arrived in perfect condition, packaged well, and super quick.   Nice seller! I have purchased several times from them and everything is perfect each time! Items securely packaged and even included cute extras! Shipping from Korea was at a reasonable cost and arrived fairly quickly once clearing Customs in the US.
