  I purchased this NWT Coach Cosmetic Case, as it reminded me of something my Mom had when I was young. I had a very positive experience with this Seller. The item was just as described and shown. It arrived carefully shipped and packaged in the original packaging. Once opened, I was very happy. I am a stickler for details. It is gorgeous! The seller was great about answering inquiries. It was in new/pristine condition, with tags. Great quality! Such a cute item. :)

  The bag looked great when I received it. Packaged well. My only issue was with shipping. Paid $19 for shipping and it arrived 2 days late. Other similar bags shipped for $10. If I had received it on time, the $19 would not have bothered me as much since it was a gift that I ordered because of the time I was going to receive it. Reached out to seller. Apologized but should have refunded some or most of the shipping cost to make up for it.

  This seller was great, I needed the item for September 2nd and they were able to get it in the mail the same day I bought and it arrived on time for my event!! Would recommend this seller in the future! And the item was new with all the wrapping and tag attached and this is a fun piece for the upcoming holiday!!

  The condition and the appearance of the item match the pictures. I do think it was a good value for the purchase but indo wish the seller would have specified, as ive seen some others do, that this is an outlet item not original retail. Im not to upset bc ultimately i will be gifting to my daughter so we can have matching but if I purchased my original from her thinking it was retail, I would be a bit annoyed. But the seller was very accommodating and easy to communicate!
