    Item was as described, the seller was easy to work with, & it shipped timely.. all I appreciated greatly. But I wasn’t pleased with the fact that my item had been shipped in such a thin mailer bag with no protection of any kind, I would’ve been so disappointed had he been damaged in mailing.

    You didn’t mention that it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I’m just asking that you tell the whole story. I have shipped tons of plush bears with this same method and never one complaint until now. I’m glad it arrived safe, sound, and secure.
