    When I received my order, it was the wrong edition Boyds Bear. I immediately contacted the seller who offered a sincere apology and promised to find the bear I ordered and get it in the mail. I received it a few days later. I am extremely happy with the bear and the service this seller took to make a bad situation perfect. Thank you very much.
