    When I received my order, it was the wrong edition Boyds Bear. I immediately contacted the seller who offered a sincere apology and promised to find the bear I ordered and get it in the mail. I received it a few days later. I am extremely happy with the bear and the service this seller took to make a bad situation perfect. Thank you very much. This bear was package in a way that it didn’t break during shipping. It looks just like the picture. Thank you for selling it to me.

    Arrived safely to my home. Goes well with My Melissa + Doug 24 inch penguin. Shipping charge was good. Nothing bad with seller but shipping carrier I received package pretty ripped up.Item was exposed but thankfully not damaged. Ship carrier needs to handle packages with more care.
