    I have never wanted to leave feedback on a purchase more than this company! Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++

    On the positive side: Item exactly as described. On the negative side: Less than acceptable communications. Sent two messages to the seller prior to shipment and both messages went unanswered and/or ignored. The item I purchased was just what I expected, therefore, a positive reveiw is being left.

    Items received as advertised and well packaged. Price was great and shipping cost weren’t to bad. Haven’t had a chance to use any yet, but upon receiving them I verified they are what I ordered. Can’t wait to replace the broken hands on a few of my cuckoo clocks.

    Great value and service, shipping, packaging all as described. Rapid delivery. I needed this part to repair a cuckoo clock case that I used to construct a cuckoo clock birdhouse. This started as a one-off hobby and has developed into multiple requests from family and friends. Highly recommended seller.

    Product as described. Had issues with FedEx. Items were not received after 3 weeks. Seller shipped a second order thinking the first was lost. While the second order was in transit, the first arrived. Second order had to be returned. Seller sent prepaid shipping label.
