  The ruler is great quality, brand new, exactly as described and bargain priced. There was a major hiccup in the delivery of this item, but seller communication was superior and she included a beautiful, 5 FQ bundle for free to compensate for the problem.   EXCELLENT SELLER!!! EXCELLENT PRODUCT-sold in new condition, well packaged, arrived in the time frame promised, appearance was exactly as shown online & sold for a great price! The seller included a surprise free gift-a pack of 2 new Topnotch Needle Threaders! I appreciate that the mailer is bigger than the pattern. Most use mailers the exact size as the patterns, resulting in accidental cuts when opening pckgs. I plan to buy from Kreative Korner again! BTW, ❤️ your savvy company name as well!!

  Arrived today as described. Lovely internal packaging. I was disappointed that no action was taken on the shipping for 6 days or so. It is a nice quality of fabric.

  My Seller packaged my Simplicity S9878 Sewing Kitchen Accessories Pattern well; mailed out quickly; provided excellent communication throughout the process; and it arrived safely and on time. This pattern is in fact a new and uncut pattern to include towel topper, 2 potholders, trivet w/mushroom appliques, phone/tablet stand, and a book weight. I can make wonderful gifts for my family and friends with this pattern. Can't wait to get started. #1 Seller!

  purchased on 13th march received on 24th. seller had death in the family. Only serious issue is this is an acrylic ruler and it was wrapped only in a piece of tissue and put in a non protective flimsy poly mailer. You could use scrap cardboard for protection for the next time you need to ship an acrylic ruler. Just an added bit of protection for your customers if you want repeat buyers by showing you care about their items. Best of luck and again, my condolences
