  Unfortunately, the item was damaged in transit and the shipment was canceled by FedEx before it could reach me. However, the seller responded immediately and issued a full refund without any hassle. Truly A+ customer service, responsiveness, professional, and kind with zero hassle or runaround. Would absolutely buy from them again as long as they don't offer FedEx shipping anymore hehe!

  Unfortunately I received the wrong item. It was chrome finish instead of SpotShield Brushed Nickel. However it came very fast, and was packaged beautifully. When I contacted the seller about the error my money was refunded promptly, without need for return. All was taken care of in 4 days (including a weekend) from the time I ordered the item. That is good service!
