  I did not realize that this seller offers refunds. They messaged me after my review with the kindest message offering a full refund for the damaged bag without needing to send it back. That s huge service! I really appreciate the communication. I appreciate the offer so much. This was a big purchase for me.

  Zero communication regarding the return for this seller after multiple attempts to reach out via emails. The boots appeared the same as picture but were not anywhere fitting me as expected. Fair enough they wrote returns accepted. Though after the US Post office delayed it, maybe due to our fires here in LA, no return replies whatsoever from this vendor. Disappointed in the customer service. seems like they don't care. Tracking shows the delivery arrived though?

  I did not receive any message from the buyer. I called ebay customer care and told them I did not receive any message from the buyer , they said it was technical issue and never resolved it. I would have been happy to resolve the issue with the buyer. Refunded the full amount.
