    I was surprised but delighted that Koosyle telephoned me regarding my disappointment with the jeans, subsequently they have offered me a 50% refund on both pairs of Jeans and at least 1 postage charge as both pairs were delivered in 1 package. This kind of customer service is excellent and has changed my mind in dealing with this seller in the future to a very positive one. Karen

    Excellent company. Paid for the personal shopper service and they were brilliant. Really responsive, even phoned me to check on some things. Photo's sent of options. The jeans I received in the end were perfect!
