  KoolMerch4U’s item was exactly as described. It was shipped with care and packaged, so the hat wouldn’t get messed up in any way. I know this was also a great value because I just returned from a trip to Nashville and priced cowboy hats there. Thank you for this positive experience!

  The shipping price was reasonable and it came right on time. They packaged the dvds super well. The items were as described and the sane items from the photo. The value of the item was acceptable, but my only issue is that they had the ability for me to send a best offer but no offer was accepted at all they were all immediately declined. Even when I submitted $1 off. So it was very frustrating that they weren’t accepting any offers but still left the option for a best offer. Disappointing
