    I actually bought 2 sets of glasses at the same time hoping to reduce my shipping cost. Although ebay charged me for 2 shipping cost, I communicated to the seller and they quickly promised to refund me a portion of the double charge which they did without any problems. The items were received within a week and were safely packaged. It's great to work with people who communicate and treat you the way you would treat a customer. Thanks so much!!

    Great packaging, rapid shipping, exactly as described. We have one that is missing the 3 inch filter, but couldn't find one. If anyone has a spare guardian serviceware filter, we would buy it. Brewed a perfect cup.

    .My seller did a great job at packing this item with a glass lid, and getting it in the mail promptly!. My beef is with the USPS. Of course I tracked my item. I ordered it over Thanksgiving weekend, and my seller promptly packaged it and put it in the mail. However, my item sat in a USPS distribution center (USPS Purgatory), just 20 miles from my home, from December 6 until December 20 when it was delivered. I guess the lesson learned is to not count on the USPS when time is important.
