  bought a heated zip up hoodie jacket, seller intentionally sent me a regular heated hoodie priced at less then half the price i paid, it is clearly very cheaply made, the wires burn your skin reguardless of temp setting which was a bonus on top of the fact it does not match the listing in any way what so ever, seller refused on multiple occasions to confirm that they sell the item in the images and then stopped responding to messages, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! Feedback recommended by ebay

  Appearance 0/10 Ordered purple - delivered black. Contacted buyer 1/10 Was able to notify supplier via eBay Saturday at 7am (thank you eBay) that I wanted to return the item so I could obtain the right colour. It’s now Monday 8am and I have received no reply, so due to lack of interest by the supplier my review is 1 star. Recommendation Do I recommend KOKO Living Store? No, I do not.

  Good quality, a little temperamental but does work dispatch was a bit slow couple weeks after purchase before dispatch, no communication from seller to explain for the delay in dispatching
