  *Pros: The coffee itself has a rich, balanced flavor profile that met my expectations. Customer service responded promptly to my inquiry. *Cons: 2/10 bags arrived fully open (discarded). Most seals partially failed due to crushing during shipping. Great customer response time but no solution for lost product. Packaging needs urgent improvement - inspect all bags upon delivery! *UPDATE* They offered me a solution for the busted bags and they were very kind. I would buy again. A+++++

  Always great! I've purchased from this seller multiple times and have had no issues at all. Product is exactly as described, price is good and shipping very fast and free! My last purchase was on 1/17/25 and I received it today, 1/18/25! You can't beat that!
