  I received a new item from the seller at the best price and quality, but unfortunately, I had a problem with it and asked for a refund.   knxelect11 shipped out my order very fast. The packaging was great, used lots of protection for the product. The item came as described but wasn't as clean as I would expect as it still had grime and dust on and in some areas. But the price being less than half of retail price is great and I guess the dirtiness is to be expected from a used item.

  Amazing - I purchased this on Friday and it showed up Monday morning! Seller was quick to answer my questions, and obviously, super fast shipping it. I should also add, it was packed better than anything I have received off of ebay in years. Looking forward to doing more business with this seller.

  Got the toner for my printer that is no longer supported. Package arrived in it's original box and sealed (never opened). Love it! I have yet to install it, however, I'm sure I'll be satisfied (since the toner is unused and never opened). Shipping was SUPER QUICK! Item as described and worth the price!

  Recieved product had incorrect processor and drive than what was stated in ebay listing. Contacted seller and no response - I had inadvertently started a return for another defective similar device (purchased from another seller) on this listing by mistake so return option no longer listed on this auction. No reply from seller after contact pretty much defines their intent to me, the purchaser. Paymore Farragut no more! Make your own decision but I know I will no longer patronize this seller.

  Seller got back in touch with me in a timely manner. The PS5 looked even better in person than in the pictures, can't hear the fan but it works. It also arrived in big padded box. I would definitely buy other products from this seller!
