  AAA+++ vendor of PARTS! Wheel was exactly as per the information on website. I called the store at the location where the wheel was. O sked for some more photos and they took several photos and sent to my phone. He answered any questions that I had. The wheel arrived sooner than expected date. Wheel packaged well so shipping company could do no damage to wheel as it went thru different states. Wheel was priced fair as to the condition of wheel. A little scrubbing wheel made it look brand new.

  The item was shipped as promised. Seller packaged it perfectly. Unfortunately it was not the pitman described. Seller is processing a refund. I am waiting for the return instructions. Great seller. Very responsive.

  Shipping was a little slow, but it was.a tailgate so it made sense that it would take more time to get out. Package was weird, but the part arrived un damaged. Exact part as shown in pictures and in discrimination, no surprises. Good value compared to everywhere else I checked. Seen some bad reviews on this seller I believe most were inpatient or didn't know what they were actually buying. Would definitely buy from them again. Good seller, just give them information requested and time needed.

  These people treated me very fairly and honestly. Before shipping the item out they contacted me to notify me that they discovered on closer inspection the item was not up to there expectations. There were problems with the wheel that had not noticed previously. Instead of just shipping it out they let me notified me of the problems and offered a full refund instead. I commend them on there honesty and would highly recommend anyone to do business with them. We need more sellers like Knox Auto!

  I bought a headlight and it showed up with damage that wasn't declared in the description. I sent a message with a picture of the damage, and they promptly replied with an apology, it told me that I would be receiving a refund and there was no need to send back the headlight. Then i checked my account, the money was already there. I understand things can happen during shipping, I believe that to be the case in this instance. Imo, this was handled the best way possible,l

  Got worried when I noticed the few negative reviews and what seemed to be a delay between labeling and shipping but got here (Florida to Iowa) 8 days after purchase, was well-packaged, exactly as represented, and reasonably priced. Definitely would order from these folks again. A+
