  Item as described, packed very well, shipped immediately. No fault of the seller at all, but I think the post office lost the package and I had to have a tracer put on it to get it here. Expensive shipping fees for the post office and then fail to deliver on time. They should give a refund when they can't find a package.

  I can't report on value bc I have nothing to compare it with. The cup was as described, it had more age crackle than I thought, but hard to show in pictures. It was well packaged and I received it without damage. Shipping was fast! Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and think the seller did his job well!

  The cookie jar was very well packaged and arrived two days sooner then what I thought it would it looks so much better then the pictures and was priced a very good price

  This seller has been absolutely amazing. First, the seller worked with me on the price of the lamp I purchased. She was polite and professional. Second, the seller was amazingly responsive any time I sent her a message. Third, the seller packaged my new lamp amazingly well. I have never seen something packed so well with so much care. She used extra precautions to make sure my new lamp didn't get damaged by the postal system. I am very appreciative of this seller and would gladly buy from her.

  They arrived quickly, they were so well packed. They are exactly as pictured, no chips or discoloration at all. I was a bit disappointed that they were not made in England, which is what I thought . But the seller never said they were. It was all on me. Would buy from them again!
