Suggest company use someone else they ha e shocking reviews!another week before received. Item was packaged very well lots of padding and protective to ensure no damage.

I would never buy from this company again

They created a tracking for this item twice and has not gone further then "information received" its been 3/4 of a month and nothing! The seller also has only replied to 1 out of 4 enquiries into this. Happy to change this review if rectified but for now, stay away as it appears to be a scam!

I told them I only have a lid for a 26cm fry-pan. No compensation offered. I am very unhappy and will not buy from them again.

They said they were sending a “replacement”. Waited. Asked for an update on the second package Waited No response. Asked for an update with a tracking number No response Finally after more than 6 weeks no further response from seller, I cancelled the order. Immediate response from EBay who were awesome. I know things go missing - but be proactive and communicate.
