  I want to thank the seller for responding to my inquiry when I reported that I hadn't received it. The product was finally being held by the postal service in my country (Argentina), and it was finally delivered. The product arrived perfectly packaged. I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much.

  Items as described how ever they use sendle to post their items took ages said was lodged with sendle for pickup and item had not moved at all until I contacted nearly 2 weeks later to ask what was happening. 2 days later finally movement. Suggest company use someone else they ha e shocking reviews!another week before received. Item was packaged very well lots of padding and protective to ensure no damage.

  The wrong knife was sent to, the seller was immediately contacted after 3 weeks the correct knife was not sent so I sent the wrong knife back to the seller ( knives on line) still waiting for a refund a week later. I would never buy from this company again

  Have purchased an item from this shop. It has not arrived! They created a tracking for this item twice and has not gone further then "information received" its been 3/4 of a month and nothing! The seller also has only replied to 1 out of 4 enquiries into this. Happy to change this review if rectified but for now, stay away as it appears to be a scam!

  The Scanpan add said "26cm" fry-pan, they sent me a 28cm fry-pan, They said the add was a mistake. I told them I only have a lid for a 26cm fry-pan. No compensation offered. I am very unhappy and will not buy from them again.

  Shipment never arrived. Fair enough these things happen. Gave them a chance - waited - finally got a response. They said they were sending a “replacement”. Waited. Asked for an update on the second package Waited No response. Asked for an update with a tracking number No response Finally after more than 6 weeks no further response from seller, I cancelled the order. Immediate response from EBay who were awesome. I know things go missing - but be proactive and communicate.
