After a long delay and package not moving through system, seller was very understanding and refunded payment. Several days later the USPS announced that the package was on its way (after previously telling me they had no idea where the package was). Since we believed package lost, I purchased similar product from another vendor. Once this item arrived, it was "Refused and Returned to sender at USPS, Hudson, NC 28645. RECOMMEND SELLER!
