  Drive did not operate as described when it arrived. Seller was very quick to provide support and in the end- we decided to refund the purchase. I'm sad that I wasn't able to start archiving my optical media library sooner, but am more than satisfied with the sellers customer service. I hope to do business again.

  Everything as described, super cute snowsuit and I look forward to my daughter wearing it! Shipping took a little bit longer than expected but by no fault of the seller!! Cost was great. Packaged just fine.
