    Excellent seller. Product was in pristine condition and packaged to ensure safe delivery. Seller provides fair prices and quality electronics. Product looked exactly as described and condition was described perfectly. Shipping time a bit slow, but cross-country shipped; 8 days. 10/10 would buy from again.

    I am amazed at my experience with this seller. Ordered 7 drives, all came packed incredibly well, and even though one was bad (they're used, it's expected) the seller replied extremely quickly and sent a new drive no questions asked, and provided a shipping label to send the defective one back. Upon receiving the new one, it works perfectly and my server is happy again! Overall an amazing experience.

    I just cannot believe how amazing this seller is. They reply in record time and answer questions that are always to the point and makes you feel welcome. I bought another item from this seller and returned it. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed and I was satisfied with the service. When I returned it I got a refund the very next day. No questions asked. They have quality products and they sell amazing condition items. The one I recieved was great value for money. Looks brand new.

    The Lenovo m920x was described as refurbished, but it honestly appeared to be brand new. The price was very fair for the model I ordered. I had a minor issue with shipping damage but the seller took care of it promptly and fairly and I was able to order a replacement for the small part that was broken. The seller also offered a full refund, however he also offered a partial credit that covered the cost of the broken part, which was completely fair. Very good experience with the seller. Thanks
