  The stone I received is not the item pictured or even the one pictured on the certification card. I messaged the seller and never got a response. I believe the piece I got may be a chunk of glass instead of the gemstone I purchased. Also the package was over a week later than estimated. I will not purchase from this seller again!

  Well, the shipping time was a month, so that piece of this is a bit disappointing, but that may not have been under the vendor's control. Also, the vendor did not respond at all to my inquiries, so I can't say that "Seller Communication" was great (and that IS under their control). However, I did finally receive my gem, and it is absolutely beautiful, And it cost a mere pittance, So, as the Man says, "All's well that ends well", so KKGemsHub still gets a positive rating from me.
