  The listing stated EU size 37 / UK size 4, but I received EU size 40 / UK size 6.5 — a significant size difference that made the shoes unwearable. I contacted the seller, who initially said to "return to sender," but they have not answered my follow-up questions about whether I’ll receive a full refund or be reimbursed for return shipping.
