  Quality of the item is great, The condition of the glasses were as stated used but in great condition, very good value for my money, and the appearance was excellent also. One of my four glasses at the bottom of them was broken the seller great on a communication much more than I expected is definitely is a seller I would purchase from again very honest and super nice. The shipping of the packing it was superb.

  The post office lost the package. The seller was quick to respond and sent a 2nd box of items after the problem was identified. The items arrived in good condition. They were packed with lots of packaging material. Unfortunately only the dessert plates had the Wildflower design. The dinner plates and bowls were plain, as advertised. We ordered the dinner plates and bowls with the design from Kohl’s.

  Packaged arrived in a timely manner, it was packed good in its original box plus it was stuffed and packed in another box for shipping. It looked just as it was described on website, and I believe I got it at a very fair price. it is a gift and I think the young lady will be very happy.
