  The item arrived with issues, covered under the original retailer warranty (Mfr defect, fan hitting housing). I did not have the original order number, so I couldnt file a claim with the company. I told the seller and they happily assisted me by contacting the manufacturer and getting it replaced under that warranty, and sent directly to me, so i didnt have to send broken one to seller. Happy to have worked with a seller who is responsive to the issues experienced and so willing to assist. 10/10

  Superb seller. Really appreciated the inital note that they were on vacation and when the item would be shipped out. Very thoughtful packing, and the items themselves were larger sizes than I realized I had ordered, so it was even a better value than I thought! Highly recommend this seller.

  Product was great. Shipping turned into a nightmare for the seller. FedEx lost package, she shipped another and USPS didnt scan for several days and showed up several days late but not sellers fault. She went above and beyond to make transaction right. Thank you.
