    Absolutely first class service given. Top quality item's and definitely good value. Looks very nice indeed....Good communication with seller because of courier delivering to the wrong address.     My item was delivered by Royal Mail on Wednesday 18 June…. handed personally to my husband at the front door. Why is it then annotated return to seller person not at address. My item is safely with me , see attached photo. Delighted with my kaftan, my third purchase of this item. Well packed and quick despatch. Highly recommended seller.

    This item came, but I returned it as there was a white mark down the front of it. They offered me a new one which they sent that came to, but there was the same mark on this one it must be in the material I could’ve sent it back to them and had a refund I just couldn’t be bothered as It seemed too much trouble for the price. It was also quite tight at the top for a large size, but the company did offer to return it, but I just didn’t.

    Wrong item sent, contacted seller who corrected after offering me a part refund which I declined, sent correct item as well as a return pre-paid label to send wrong item back.

    The plain chiffon scarf was just as described, the condition was new in a sealed packet. The quality is great and the colour was as shown in the photos, good value. The parcel was well packed and it arrived quickly. Thanks very much, great Ebayer 👍
