    Package was open, but item seems to be brand new and in flawless condition. Better price than most everywhere else, which will offset the fact that it is described as “NEW” instead of “Open Box”. Would recommend changing the description, as I don’t believe most buyers are as kind as I when leaving feedback. Fast shipping and quality item nonetheless. Good seller, Thank you!

    My experience with Milton products has always been Good. Most of their products are made in the USA but unfortunately this item is from Taiwan which is way better than from china. Appearance & Quality appears to be good. Seller is an excellent communicator & tried hard to answer all questions. Item was well packaged & arrived in good condition @ a very fair price. Thank You

    Seller sent wrong saw blade by mistake. I initiated a return and seller refunded my money and let me keep the saw blade free of charge. Seller then went the extra mile and sent me the right blade free of charge even though I offered to pay for it! This was far more than I expected. You can buy from this seller with confidence.
