  I did receive my new item but it was scratched and the packaging was fine no rips or anything. They did refund me 100% of what I paid and I did not have to send the item back to them.It was a lower priced item. I do believe it was new but quality has gone down so much with everything. It was as described and shipping was free and fast. Thank you again.

  Item arrived exactly as described & pictured. Delivered yesterday afternoon well-packaged in a cardboard box with bubble wrap surrounding the item & very much within its ETA. An excellent transaction for this pewter comeorative plate that pairs well with another of the same variety that depicts Washington crossing the Delaware early during the American Revolution as it depicts the very end of said conflict with the surrender of Cornwallis.

  This Seller contacted me before shipping to tell me he discovered a cosmetic problem with my purchase while prepping to ship. He also told me he discounted my purchase, based on his discovery, if I still wanted it. Told him heck yea it's still better than the one that fell off a 1000' Cliff. Upon arrival and inspection, I must say this is the most stand up deal on my ebay account. Thank you for helping me out, I volunteer for free to keep other people safer from a distance.
