    I did receive my new item but it was scratched and the packaging was fine no rips or anything. They did refund me 100% of what I paid and I did not have to send the item back to them.It was a lower priced item. I do believe it was new but quality has gone down so much with everything. It was as described and shipping was free and fast. Thank you again.

    Item arrived quickly, well packaged and in working order and in the event it didn’t, seller messaged me ways to troubleshoot any issues I might have! Seller also included spare parts for any future fixes that might need made! Overall great experience! 100% would buy from this seller again!
