  The towel rack is very beautiful and in excellent condition, as described. It looks brand new. I was very pleased. I can't wait to put it up! It was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap with plenty of padding and packed in a strong box. Shipping was very fast. I am going to enjoy using it. Great value.

  Kim was such a great seller. My original order got misplaced and she promptly refunded my money and told me if it was found she would let me know right away and I could get it a discount. She did just that and let me know and of course I bought it again. It was promptly shipped and I just received it today and I am so happy. It's just as beautiful as I thought. Thank you Kim.

  I received the item in a timely manner. There was a hairline fracture in the item and iv reached out to the seller, they immediately refunded my money, non questions asked. They were very nice and quick in communicating. I would by from this seller again!
