  Fast shipping. Had some questions about the product and the seller answered immediately. The seller was responsive, and the description of the item was accurate. I received a floor model in perfect condition. If I hadn’t known any better, you would think it’s a brand new… thank you for a great deal and price. Packaged carefully too. Would recommend this seller to anyone looking to get a good price on an Amp.

  Great banjo, good price, exactly as described, packed well, shipped fast. Highly recommended seller. Shipping wound up taking longer than it needed to with several wildly incorrect tracking updates from DHL (which are still ongoing now even though the banjo has been delivered to me!), but that's DHL's responsibility and beyond the control of Morrell Music.

  Guitar is even better than expected! Seller answered my questions promptly, and shipped out immediately. I was enjoying it day and a half later. Granted I live pretty close.. I'm very happy with the purchase and will do business again no doubt! One suggestion though, is to please wrap the trem bar in bubble wrap or secure it. Whoever packed it, did not, and the bar was floating around in the box. Luckily no damage. Other than that, 5 stars!

  Fast shipping and well packaged. Item was an open box purchase. The seller described all open boxes as demo instruments. That seems to be a stock description on all listings. After careful inspections, no problems or imperfections were found. Soft case included with Certificate of Authenticity from Eastman in bag pocket. Action is good and tuned easily.   Everything about this purchase went flawlessly. Ordering was a walk in the park. Delivery was excellent, I, personally, had to sign for it when UPS delivered it. Although it was shipped in a MARTIN, guitar shipping container, it came very well protected. It was packed in so well, that it took an act of congress to get the guitar (OHSC) out. It arrived just as described in the write up. I knew how old the guitar was and the photos showed everything on the soundboard. Great axe.
