  Brand new item in original box, great condition, not bumped or crunched from posting. Great seller with good communication. Despite a delay in delivery due to Royal Mail over the Xmas period, seller was quick to post, update delivery info, reply to messages and open and transparent with tracking info/proof. Would buy from this seller again.

  Well packaged and delivered in good time. When it arrived item didn’t quite match the written description but when I alerted Kieran he really went over and above to address the issue. Fine seller and no issue recommending.

  This is incorrect. You requested a refund as you stated "others are selling it cheaper" the item was advertised exactly with very clear photographs. If you haven't taken the time to look at the photos correctly before buying, that's on you.
