Kevin's Stamps & Coins is a dealer located in Richmond, VA focused primarily on buying and selling US stamps. Owned by the same family that owns Tailored Data Solutions (Computer Repair), the location is in Breckenridge Shopping Center, but most of the buying and selling is done on the internet. Our team puts time and effort into properly identifying stamps for collectors. The stamps are meticulously stored and maintained in a proper climate controlled environment. Each listing is intended to be exactly as described and obvious faults are always stated, not just "review pictures carefully". As a result of the proliferation of counterfeit Forever Stamps, I am UV Scanning ALL forever stamps. Look for the signature statement "tagging verified" on forever stamps. Customers can request a photo of the UV scan of any stamp sheet in which there is a concern about the tagging.

    Newbie stamp collector, wanted a sheet of this design. It arrived exactly as described and good value as you can no longer get these at the post office directly. Good condition, clearly just been sitting carefully stored away. Shipping cost is only thing that gets me because the item arrived with a bunch of other stamps on the envelope, not totaling to $3, but I'll let that go. Just feedback that customers can see that.

    Product exactly as shown and carefully packaged for shipment. Also service above and beyond: stamps were lost in USPS for over a month (ironic) and he sent replacements as soon as I mentioned not receiving then. And then they arrived, of course. This is the kind of guy you want to do business with.

    Plate strip arrived as described and pictured. No surprises. Well packed and quickly shipped. When original strip could not be found seller contacted me with the new and asked about making it right. I asked for scans of all available strips and found one that worked oerfectly. Vey helpful seller. Would buy from again.

    Problem with USPS shipper not seller. Once stamps did finally arrive packaging, condition was as described and pictured. Communication during wait/search/resolution by seller of delivery issue was excellent. I would buy from this seller in the future.
