    Appalling courier service, after the parcel was left in a pile of boxes in an outbuilding with no notification of where it was left. No one from the company bothered to contact me, in response to trying to find why it wasn’t delivered. Very disappointing, especially when charged double what would be expected for postage.

    Ordered the chairs, and within 2 days they arrived, they were packed well + secure in the box.they were exactly as described I was very pleased with them, fantastic value. Would buy from this seller again

    Great value, securely packaged in original box so it was as described . The delivery cost was fair considering how heavy the item was and delivered quickly and on schedule.. Just struggling to finish the assembly which was self-explanatry but it only needs an extra pair of hands and a mallet to fix the last bit in place ! Excellent service from this seller.

    Outstanding service. The items were packed very well, it looks better than the photos and bigger than expected. Excellent value for money and the postage was very fair. Seller kept me informed from start to finish . I love this patio set

    Sorry for delay, was waiting for it to be assembled. Value for money, as described, postage and packing good, postage very fast. Only used today so can't say if comfy for all day. seems sturdy Would recommend this seller, Thank you
