    Excellent item as described, as new condition well packaged and delivered very quickly, only downside was we had to pay import taxes for it to clear customs. Still would buy again if needed.

    Unit was listed as "New open box" but its overall condition says otherwise. Good communication from seller but disappointed in condition.

    Thank you for your feedback. The product is in fact a new one. We have mentioned in our listing regarding the scratches on the body due to unpacked condition. Also the product is listed as new open box. We still have 2 more piece that are new open box with scratches on the body.
