  This item was damaged and not usable. The bolts were loose where the item was damaged and the seller had to know that it was damaged beyond usage, but they sent it anyway. After I put in a contact the seller - no response from seller. Refund issued but cost me tome and money.

  The item was not damages when it was sent . You can look at the pictures that we posted when we posted it. Also when we came to work and we saw you wanted to return it, we went ahead and said to do a full refund to you.
