    I raised a n issue when item was reported delivered, and we couldn't find it. For some reason the courier placed it inside our garage, which was lying open while my husband cut the grass. He did not speak to my husband, and we had no idea the parcel had been placed there. The seller contacted me to give the location, I found it, and am delighted with the fountain. Also impressed with the seller, who made such an effort to help us resolve this. Great e-bayer, great job
