  Ordered used Bose Tempo BT glasses. I made a request to ship them out as quickly as possible (10pm). Seller shipped them out in a very timely manner (before 8am the next day). Item arrived with a bent nose piece. I reached out to the seller, they kindly offered $25 back or the option to return the item at their expense. Instead, I had the nose piece of the glasses professionally repaired myself, and now they seem to work great! item 4/5 seller 5/5
