  Smooth as silk. Very nice "Thank You" note as well as a surprise "gift with purchase" (Pic #1)! Great packing so they arrived in perfect condition. Down to 7 sleeves left and roughly 800 of 4500 albums still to check for missing sleeves. Will certainly not worry about doing more business with them. Placing another order today.
