  Royal Mail screwed up and delivered this to the wrong address and the neighbour never answered, but after almost a week of back and forth and involving the police I received my parcel eventually. The seller was in constant contact with me until this was resolved. Thank you and the product is what I needed, thank you again for your patience and support.

  Originally it got sent back but received a lovely message with apologies and asking how to move forward I requested for a resend and if it sends back again a refund. I received the items about 10 days later. Amazing customer service and a lovely gift for my grandson for Easter. Thank you.
