  Timely delivery, the outer packaging was damaged but the individual boxes the jars were packed in were excellent and saved any potential breakages. Items as described in ad with extra seals too. All good, thank you

  Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered an empty box and a note of apology. I notified the seller, and received an immediate apology and a replacement item was sent straight away. Good value 60 batteries, and a happy customer.

  I was sent someone elses order---I phoned the company----immediate apology and promise to put right at no cost to me---new parcel came today----all correct and I have returned unwanted items in a pre-paid package which was clear in its instructions-------A firm very competent when dealing with such issues-----Well done Keep Hearing!!
