Offered with no OS and no SSD, the seller was willing to work with me on an offer price after I explained that a replacement keyboard/palmrest was only sold as a unit and was expensive. I thank this seller for being reasonable on his pricing & for the good job of packaging this unit. I will be rebuilding this unit from the motherboard up.

Packed really well but the water well cracked during shipment, as it didn't appear cracked in photos or mentioned in seller's description. It shipped fast & I appreciated that. We are going to use it for parts to make one whole coffee maker, but since I paid $60 in total (bid + shipping) for this coffee maker it doesn't seem worth it at the moment lol. I would support KotG again.

Power cord was not included but its a very generic cord so it wasnt an issue but was not what was advertised on listing. Seller was fantastic at responding, very transparent.
